msDS-IntId implementation moved to samldb.c module

Hi Andrew,

Please find attached a patch to move msDS-IntId attribute implementation
from schema_data.c to samldb.c as we discussed it few weeks ago.
Patch is pushed also in my repo: 
http://repo.or.cz/w/Samba/kamenim.git/shortlog/refs/heads/fix-msDS-IntId

I’ve tested it at it seems everything is fine now.
 - ‘make test’ passes (except for 'samba4.base.charset')
 - replPropertyMetaData has an entry for msDS-IntId attribute when it is generated
 - during provisioning, msDS-IntId is not generated no matter what systemFlags are
