Wireshark dissector for lsa and pidl generator

Hello ronnie,

so as I tried to say on IRC this morning, the pidl generator for 
Wireshark use BASE_NONE for the hfinfo->display for a certain number of 
objects and there is now asserts in wireshark code that clearly forbid 
it (see proto.c file and search for DISSECTOR_ASSERT).

Find attach a patch that fix this.
