tdb patch and releases

Hi Volker,
I've seen that you asked Karolin to include the tdb patches recently
developed in 3.5.0, I was wondering if we should bump up the tdb version
at the same time and make a new release. I was kind of waiting for
Rusty's kill -9 patches, but if we get this fix out in 3.5.0 I guess we
should have it in the standalone tdb as well so people building against
system libraries can find the same fix.

Thoughts ?
