I've noticed that when running samba-tool join that if the DC join is 
from a machine with a name in Samba, that a delete operation for the 
old DC of the same name occurs.  It would be really nice if that 
operation had its own control.

I believe that doing this is a bit out of my skill set.  Or perhaps it 
IS available and I'm too dense to find it...

Anyway, if someone might point me to where I might hack around to 
achieve this, I would certainly give it a shot.
