cpp needed for samba compilation ?

traditional is pre c99.

in c99 the input to cpp must be valid process processing syntax, page 10 of c99 "The source file is decomposed into preprocessing tokens".

I don't know if pidl syntax is valid c99 preprocessing syntax.
