Samba4 index errors, and upgrade challenges

So if after restarting your samba4 you still have them in the database 
can you send me the output of

../bin/ldbsearch -H sam.ldb -b "CN=Certificate Service DCOM Access,CN=Users,DC=qrios,DC=com"
and
../bin/ldbsearch -H sam.ldb.d/DC\=QRIOS\,DC\=COM.ldb
  -b
"CN=Certificate Service DCOM Access,CN=Users,DC=qrios,DC=com"
