Remove smb_pam_accountcheck from the auth modules?

That's really weird, and I certainly agree the auth modules shouldn't be
doing that.  It's interesting that it's only in the relatively unused
modules - auth_server (security=server), auth_domain (not used with
winbindd) and auth_unix (plaintext PAM passwords).
