updating heimdal version in the samba4 repo

  Hello,

Following the talks with love last week I wanted to give his code a test 
but I've been unable to cherry-pick the different patches and apply them 
to the current heimdal version in s4 code.

Is there a script to make the heimdal integration ? so that I can try to 
get a recent copy in my private repo ?
