Patch for fixing wrong detection of unvalid dn for indexes's dn

  Hello Simo, Andrew,

Can someone make a review of this patch, it's to fix errors returned by 
ldb_dn_casefold_internal when trying to fold
index dn like @INDEX:DISPLAYNAME:PATOU, MATTHIEU

Currently this is failing because the code expect to find an equal sign 
somewhere after the ',' to delimit the value from the attribute.
Andrew indicated that this kind of tests should be relaxed for @INDEX 
Dns so that's what my patch try to do.
