poor man reindex method

  Hello,

I would like to have the confirmation that the following solution is a 
possibility for the moment (the only one) to trigger a reindex of the samdb.

I discovered that the @ATTIBUTES list is checked against one list 
generated from the samdb's schema object.
So I edit the sam.ldb without any modules (ldbedit -H sam.ldb -o 
modules:)  and that I remove 1 entry in the @ATTRIBUTES dn it should 
trigger the full database reindexation due to modification of the 
bootstrap indexes in sam.ldb.

Am I right, how not good is it ?
