[PATCH] NTLMSSP merge

I've been working on merging the NTLMSSP server, as the code is so very
close to already being in common, thanks the the previous efforts in
this area.

This code passes 'make test' in Samba4, but I still need to chase down
issues in Samba3.  While I do that, I wondered if you might be able to
look over this patch stream, to let me know if there are any other
blockers that would prevent this being signed off on and merged.
