smbc_open error

A few weeks ago I was comparing the samba command line output for the .6 with the samba command used through the C program for the .6 server.
This time I'm trying to compare using the samba command going to the .17 and the .6 in the C program. The .17 works with the C program. The .6 does not. Does this make sense?
I just ran the .17 through again. Can you see the IP in this one?
Thanks,
Liz

Can you tell what user the .17 is using? It's hard to stop the traffic but I can try and run it again.
I couldn't find that IP address anyplace in the .17 dump. I recall from your previous messages a number of weeks ago, though, that I'd identified what was being used for each. This looks to be unchanged from then.
