waf build make error

Dear All,

Today i ran the git pull and downloaded the latest git as follows, and 
after that upgraded the provision by upgradeprovision command which 
finished successfully. but when i did make install i gave and error.

git pull

*Make install error* after upgrade provision:
make install

* creating /usr/local/samba/var/locks
* creating /usr/local/samba/var/run

Checking project rules ...
Project rules pass
Waf: Leaving directory `/root/samba-master/source4/bin'
find_or_declare cannot return a build node (build files in the source 
directory ['..', 'gen_ndr', 'rap.h']?)
make: *** [install] Error 1

Then i did the clean install and got the following error, the same error 
after doing make clean and rebuilding.

Waf: Entering directory `/root/samba-master/source4/bin'
Waf: Leaving directory `/root/samba-master/source4/bin'
find_or_declare cannot return a build node (build files in the source 
directory ['..', 'gen_ndr', 'rap.h']?)
make: *** [all] Error 1
