I have also been encountering the same problem. I have tried on 2 Debian 
Lenny machines as well as Ubuntu 8.04. I recieve the same error when 
trying to vampire a S4 DC -> S4 DC, or S4 DC -> Win2003 DC or S4 DC -> 
Win2008 DC (2003 functional level).
