[Patch] patchs for allowing to set domainguid and other objectGUID correctly take 2

Find a batch of 4 patches.
As discussed this morning on IRC :
* I split the ldb modif so that there is one patch just for the 
repl_metadata module and one for the control
* I renamed ldb_add_w_control to pyldb_add_w_control to avoid confusion 
while debuging (and something similar for ldb_autotransaction_request)
