Bug #6742 is a blocker for Debian packages build

For the record, Steve Langasek just uploaded in Debian unstable a
3.4.1 package that includes the latest patch from #6742 (disable
building of talloctort of using an external talloc library).

I'd suggest considering that patch as a good candidate for 3.4.2
