Work from last couple of days

Hi Tridge,

This is the patches from the last couple of days.
Here is a summary of what i did:
* handle the returned values from dsdb_class_by_ldapDisplayName in schema_inferiors
* moved a compare function from getncchanges code to a common location
* add first writings on DsReplicaGetInfo call
* add drs:security to disable the security while testing s4<->s4 replication
