Help wanted: Parse and import the LDAP display specifiers

I pulled from there, but the patches there and here are all in unix
line-feed format.  I've converted them after applying your patch, but
you will sadly loose the 'last to touch this' credit.

(I'm keen to keep them *exactly* as Microsoft supplies, warts and all).
