[PATCH] ctdb: remove bogus error logging, avoid cast.

I've fixed it another way displaying the error reason.

This commit is very important as it fixes the takeover run, when the
recovery master becomes unhealthy!

Without this patch services on the unhealthy recovery master will not be
moved to an other healthy node.
