Ok...I can reattach them if that'll help. May not happen until later
tonight.

These ought to be pretty straightforward to review. After applying
them, the only difference between the cifs.upcall.c in master and the
one in the v3-?-test branches is the addition of a #include that GD
made to account for some spnego changes elsewhere.
