A proposal for an MIT KDC for Samba4

Following up on Endi's great habit of posting wiki-page proposals about
IPA and Samba4 to the list, I wish to propose what Dmitri and members of
the Samba team discussed at the 'Samba4 LDAP and Kerberos backends BoF':

In short, this describes a way that FreeIPA can use MIT's KDC, without a
wholesale replacement of the (far more sensitive) client libraries in
Samba4, and with a much reduced impact on the Samba4 project.
