Makefile depencies broken?

did yesterday night's checkins fix the issues you encountered, Volker? As far
as I can see those are correct now and it does only do linking if needed.

It should also be possible now to safely run make with -j quite well
parallelised for samba3. I also want to keep make -j a supported feature. Ѕo
you're all encouraged to use this and complain if it breaks!

Most targets in source3/bin should be buildable directly. If you see thing in
this area which doesn't work, please let me know.
