[PATCH 1/2] NDR64 patches to PIDL : Use a new type for default enums, uint1632

This patch adds a new type  "uint1632" and uses this for enums. This
is named to match the new type uint3264.
This will break the code that pidl generates.
For wireshark I added a new type : uint1632 that maps to guint32
something similar would be required for samba.
