s4:LDB/LDAP - Re-allow renames

I've found the issue: it was a "ldb_request" and not an 
"ldb_next_request". Will push the fix shortly.

Btw: the ldap.py tests is now fully working again - only the ACL part 
not (I don't know how to fix this - I hope Zahari would like to do this 
- he wrote this one).
