[SAMBA4] Patches from my "misc" branch

Andrew (and maybe also others),

here are the three patches from "misc" which need some more discussion. 
Please comment on!

1.) Patch which enhances "libnet_become_dc" which adds checks for right 
domain/forest function levels
2.) Patch which changes the default domain/forest function level at 
provision time
3.) Remove "sidmap.c"
