Misc patches

[Kamen Mazdrashki]

Hi, 

Attached are two patches to:

0005 -> fix compile time warning in /lib/util/util.c: next_token_internal_talloc()

0006 -> bugfix in /lib/util/util.c: strhex_to_str()
I've found this during asn1_tests implementation.
