getting rid of default SD for policy object

Hello Mathias and Andrew,

Both of you added to the default policy object and default controller 
policy object a nTSecurityDescriptor (commit 10833f64 and 10f6e165), as 
we have now a powerful code for generating properly SD I propose that we 
get rid of having it defined in the ldif file and let the default 
mechanism operate.

What's your point of view ?
