Samba problem

Hi people,
I have this problem over this. I have a server that resides in asiapacfic domain. This server serves users from oceania and asiapacific region. I am using the oceania domain to authenticate. But only users from oceania domain can connect. It isnt working for asiapacific users. I have the same configuration in another machine. But it is working. I have created a computer object in the oceania domain. Please kindly assist
