[PATCH] A script to compare the differences in ntSecurityDescriptor between 2 hosts

Hi Team,
Attached is the second attempt of the script. With Andrew Bartlett's help the paging problem is solved, it looks much better. Also I moved it to source4/scripting/bin, and instead of writing to a file the output goes to stdout.
