Thanks, I erroneously assumed that because we had #include "includes.h"
we had access to the cache_path() environment.

Thanks for the fix. I'm pretty sure this was the issue we
were seeing on the build farm previously with SPOOLSS (the
full /tmp/vlp.tdb).
