SWAT HTML Prototype

Hi,

I've placed the HTML Prototype yesterday in Github 
(http://github.com/rvelhote/SWAT-HTML-Prototype/tree/master).

The direct download link for a tarball is 
http://github.com/rvelhote/SWAT-HTML-Prototype/tarball/master (hopefully 
it will work).

To check it out, just extract and open index.html in your browser. I 
only tested with Firefox for now.

I had some new ideas during Saturday so I re-designed most stuff :P. 
It's still not 100% because of that.

Check it out and tell me your opinions.
