6291 - force user stop working

Hi Jeremy,

I just noticed that the patch for bug #6291 - force user stop working was
not included in the v3-3-test and v3-2-test branches yet.
To make sure that "force user" is fixed in the next releases, it picked
the patch for both branches.

Just to make sure that everybody agrees...
