Sampwent interface replacement?

Hello,

I'm trying to build the external pdbsql module [0] against Samba
3.3.2. However, pdbsql is not maintained anymore and it uses the old
{get,set,end}sampwent interfaces which are no longer found in Samba's
struct pdb_methods.

I have tried looking for a solution on the net but have so far gotten
nowhere. How do I implement the module's functionality against the new
API in Samba 3.3?
