[PATCH] vfs_cifs propagate upstream connection closure

The CHECK_UPSTREAM_OPEN macro as called by SETUP_PID will detect
upstream connection closure only when a proxied response arrives.

This patch uses the transport_dead callback to actively close
the incoming connection right away, even when there are no
pending proxied responses.
