[PATCH] more fix to init idmap status to avoid surprise.

Hi, Jeremy:
     There is more fix to initialize idmap status to avoid surprise. It
aims to make sure that when the mapping fails, the statuses are not
accidentally sent to ID_MAPPED. The patch is for master. Please review
it, thanks!
     The tricky bug in idmap _sid_to_u/gid() is another bug, please help
me review it too. :-)
