add component to s4 bugzilla

Hello jerry and Andrew,

I was thinking about adding an ADCU component to S4 bugzilla. Although 
this is not a real part of samba, there is a lot of bugs that concern it 
(or more exactly the way it interact with S4).

If you do so is there a way to be notified when bugs on this component 
are added ? If so I'll be quite interested to be notified. So far I've 
been quite motivated to find the reason of bugs related to ADCU.
