[Release Planning 3.0] 3.0.25 planned for August 5

Hey folks,

Samba 3.4.0 will be out soon and that means end of life for the 3.0
series! 3.0.35 will be the last 3.0 release. There won't be any security
release or bugfixes at all.

Samba 3.0.35 is scheduled for August 5, 2009.
Any objections?
