Well, for FreeBSD ports I need to apply at least my patches, otherwise
it's not possilbe to build/install libmapi. On unrelated note, it's
configure is a gross hack(tm), especially in FreeBSD handling area :)

As for the tests - do they need be more complex than simple:

# python -c 'import tdb|tevent|talloc;'

IMHO, that should be enough, but I'm not using python at all...
