[PATCH] [FreeBSD 0] Patches for 3.4/4.0

Hi, all!

I want to send to the list and, hopefully, get commited bunch of patches,
that present in the FreeBSD set of ports of Samba 3.x/4.0. It's a bit of
a hassle to maintain them from version to version, so getting them in the
main repository will ease my work too :)

Patches in the upcoming set are made against Samba 3.4.0pre2 and cover both
source3 and source4 subtrees. Yes, sorry for not doing it against git src,
but I hope, they are still can be useful.
