Closing v3-4-test branch after the release of 3.4.0pre2?

Hey folks,

I would like to close v3-4-test after the release of 3.4.0pre2 (later on
today).
Hopefully, the next release will be the first release candidate and I
think it makes sense to close the branch before the rc.

Are there any objections?
