hpuxacl_sys_acl_set_file: char * vs smb_fname?

Thanks for catching this.  I just pushed a patch that should fix it,  
but I'll have to depend on the build machine for confirmation.  It  
looks like the hpux build machine is failing on something else at the  
moment.
