Given that this is the engine hooked up to ctdb, that might not be a bad
thing.  Anyway, this is a *long* way off, as there were (when I last
looked) quite a few APIs beyond just the VFS to reconcile (areas of
state such as the user token, loadparm etc) before we even get to the
'when would I have time for it' question :-).

If I do have a play here, I'll be sure to have a *long* chat about it.
