[PATCH] do not log chdir errors with level 0 if reason is access denied

Hi list,
the attached patch adjusts the log level of the "chdir() failed" log
message.
This is usually triggered by users trying to access a share for which they
do not have access in the file system's ACL.
I don't think it is necessary to log that at such a high level, as it can
fill up the smbd log and it is an expected error.
But I'll leave that open for debate.
