Fixed potential problems found by static code analysis

Hi there,
     I've done some static code analysis on ctdb and found two potential 
problems in lib/tdb/common/transaction.c. I've verified that a -1 return 
value from transaction_write_existing() does not affect the next 
transaction. I've not yet found a tdb test case which segfaults on the 
missing check in transaction_write(), but I'm still trying to find one...
