Indeed. We *have* libified talloc, and once others used it
we had made that guarentee. I'm reminded of the comment from
the author of "make" about using tabs in the file format :-).

Yeah, that'd be a good idea. I think currently we have talloc, tdb,
libsmbclient (but there may be others).
