[PATCH] refresh_sequence_number

Hi, everybody:
     If domain->sequence_number == DOM_SEQUENCE_NONE or
!NT_STATUS_IS_OK(domain->last_status), we must refresh sequence number
as soon as possible instead of waiting for the time out condition. it
can be 5 minutes delay here.
