Prepare for Samba4 alpha7

I'll shortly be cutting a tarball of Samba4 alpha7 to help simo meet
some Fedora deadlines (as he needs part of Samba4 as a dependency, and
it sucks cutting random GIT revisions).

As such, I've updated v4-0-test and will update v4-0-stable at the time
of the release.  

What I need now is updates for the WHATSNEW4.txt.  If you have done work
on Samba4 or the common code that you think folks should know about,
please add it to WHATSNEW4.txt in master, and I'll merge it for the
release *tomorrow*.  That is, I'll do the release in just 24 hours.

Also let me know if there are show-stopper bugs that should prevent this
release.
