Hi Jelmer,

Commit eaf4a9afb24f2cc3cd1a268dda4ad37637821f9d has broken make test
for s4, as it moves pwsettings but doesn't update the
blackbox_setpassword.sh test.

The option parsing also seems to be broken - the options listed in
takes_options[] in pwsettings.py are not recognised by bin/net.

If this is not easy to fix, perhaps its best developed on a branch
until it passes testing?

It certainly is nice to see the infrastructure being developed for
adding python commands to bin/net, thanks!
