using 'net password change' command

Hi,
 
I am trying to use ‘net password change’ command to change user’s password.
Unfortunately it does not work for – most probably I am misusing it.
 
I am trying to run it as follows:
$ bin/net password change -Ukma-exch.devel/kamen%333 123

Here is a small fix for following problem:
ERROR: talloc_free with references at libnet/libnet_passwd.c:219
                reference at libnet/libnet_rpc.c:419
                reference at libnet/libnet_rpc.c:198
 
However, after applying this I am still getting:
Warning! ignoring 4 unread bytes in rpc packet!
with no effect on user’s password.
 
What I am doing wrong?
