We chose DELETED as it means that the sort by component name in the
ldb_dn.c code puts it at the front. That allows the
dsdb_dn_is_deleted_val() to work without having to unpack the DN.

ok, that should work, but I think I'll leave these hidden backlinks
till other things are working. Andrew has added it to the DRS todo
list on the wiki.

I haven't profiled it, but I didn't like the idea of doing a full
extended DN parse on every search for attributes that aren't there.
